        All production work is done in-house in the video production center.  Your cherished home movies, photographs, slides and videotapes are treated with great care and respect.

        Hours are by appointment only.  This eliminates waiting time and insures sufficient time to answer all of a customer’s questions and concerns.

        Custom Video’s office and video production center is located in a downstairs office.  Because there is a flight of stairs, arrangements can be made to meet with physically challenged individuals in another location.  Due to the sensitivity of the equipment, smoking is not permitted.

        Custom Video reserves the right to refuse a customer’s order if the material is copyrighted and the customer does not have permission to duplicate material.
